Paws on the Hill

We have used Paws for over a year. Started with one walk a week and moved to 5 walks a week. Roxie loves the walks and is always happy to see Donald. If you need a walker Paws is the one to go with. They are reliable, enjoy walking dogs, and have a great app for paying and tracking the walk.

Have had incredibly positive experiences with POTS. The sitters are amazing and share photos and detailed updates with each visit. Highly recommend for anyone who lives in DC.

I would highly recommend Paws on the Hill! They did a great job watching our cat, Duck, who has a kind of high maintenance medicine regime while we were on vacation. We came back to a very happy and healthy cat. Scheduling is easy, communication with the sitter was consistent and lovely, and they even send notifications of exactly when they are seeing your pet along with a photo which eased our minds having a stranger take care of our baby. I would easily recommend them and use them again!

I have used paws on the hill for about 4 cat sitting sessions while on vacation. I decided to use them after reading good reviews online and Nextdoor. Both Donald and Abby have checked on my cat and provide a great detailed summary of the visit and lots of photos which makes me feel so much better and more at ease about leaving Mittens behind on a trip. They have also navigated issues flawlessly (not their fault) with my building/concierge that misplaced a key of mine. I am very picky with my pet sitters but they are very trustworthy and caring which is hard to find!

Love them, best Pet Service on Capitol Hill hands down. Can not speak highly enough of the PoTH. Very reliable, punctual, and great to work with. They go the extra mile with everything. Best yet.. they always take my pets happiness and health as the highest priority! Highly recommend that you give them a call. All the Staff is absolutely amazing, and so respectful. The APP they use is extremely easy to schedule service while your on the go.

I have had nothing but good experiences with Paws on the Hill. They respond quickly and helpfully to any questions, and their scheduling system is really easy to use. I especially like seeing pictures of my dog enjoying his walk while I am at work! Our main dog walker, Alexis, is just amazing. She obviously loves dogs, and I can tell that my dog is happier on the days that she walks him. She is also so responsive and helpful if you need to reach out to her for any reason.

I love Paws on the Hill! Super flexible, very reliable. They have a very easy scheduling app and it makes billing super easy. I’ve been using them since I first brought my dog home and I have zero complaints! Great all around.
